The Tweaksters, an accomplished performance duo from Los Angeles, present an innovative mix of acrobatic dance and artistic juggling designed to delight audiences of all ages. Sometimes regarded as “The Blue Man Group without the paint,” this 70-minute pulse-quickening adventure combines feats of ballet, precision juggling, acrobatics and creative choreography with odd objects. The Tweaksters use their athletic prowess and fertile imaginations to deftly manipulate props such as flower pots, meteors, luminescent ropes and galvanized pipes – not to mention each other. It’s dynamic, original, zany fun, and all without words.
Regan Patno and Julia Snyder, two multi-dimensional performing artists, have been entertaining together for over 13 years. Regan, a teenage cast member of the TV show “Fame,” and a “Solid Gold” dancer for two years, has a string of film and TV dancing credits, including “Forrest Gump,” "The Academy Awards” and “The Tonight Show.”
Julia, a personal fitness trainer with a master’s degree in psychology, brings years of gymnastics, dance and yoga training to her craft. Honored by Shape magazine as a fitness model of the year, she was also a national qualifier for Miss Fitness U.S.A. and has appeared in several fitness and yoga videos.
