Aga-Boom, which was nominated for Los Angeles's "Ovation Award" as the best touring production of 2003, was created and directed by Dimitri Bogatirev, who with his wife, Iryna Ivanytska, were featured clowns in Cirque du Soleil's internationally-acclaimed productions, "Alegria" and "O."
